Discharging powder-type materials cleanly and safely calls for the use of state-of-the-art technology.
No matter what type of container used – large containers, small containers or FIBC and no matter what type of product – free-flowing, bridging, dusty or abrasive, HECHT has the right solution for your specific requirements.
By the way: Hecht not only provides stationary solutions, but also time-saving and highly economical mobile systems.

Discharging FIBCs safely
Flexible bulk solid containers for transport and warehouses are conquering a growing market segment. For FIBCs not only have huge advantages over sacks, barrels or metal containers as far as efficiency, functionality and price are concerned, but they have been found to be better for the environment, and save storage space and transport costs.
HECHT discharge stations make full use of the potential of flexible bulk solid containers whilst at the same time being ideal for a large range of applications. This means FIBCs in any size can be discharged safely with or without an inliner.
No matter whether free-flowing or poor-flowing, dusty or aggressive products are involved, whether the operation is under wet conditions or in an explosive atmosphere./p> |

Container Discharge: clean and secure
The modular structure of container discharge systems enables containers to be discharged cleanly and free of dust and this can be adapted optimally to any task. With the aid of a fork-lift truck or guide carriage the container is driven into the discharge station.
The frame is fitted with adjustable sliding rails that can be positioned exactly. The rails can be adapted to any container dimensions.
In the case of gravimetric discharges, the load device and a metering system are added to the product supply unit. |

Sack Discharging
Sacks are still a commonly used type of containers in industry. For discharging them, they are cut open and generally emptied into a sack discharge station.
Sack discharge stations offer a convenient and compact possibility of discharging sacks in a low dust to almost dust free way. Depending on the requirements, the dust can be separated by means of an integrated filter with product return or using an independent filter. The side dumping outlet to an empty sack compactor or a collection container ensures a clean disposal of the empty sacks.
Sack discharge stations are available in standard or stainless steel as well as special materials.
A wide range of requirements can be met from the simple robust and sturdy industrial versions up to dead material free and high quality versions for the pharmaceutical industry. |
