HECHT filling systems offer economical filling with visionary advantages and opportunities. Based on intelligent, tailor-made engineering solutions, the full potential of FIBCs, containers, drums and small containers is effectively applied. Tailor-made designs make it possible to handle a variety of recepticles with the same installation. Whatever degree of automation is required can be provided. HECHT has already found the right solution, or is happy to cooperate with you in finding a customized solution. Regardless of whether the products handled are free-flowing or poor-flowing, dusty or abrasive, in a humid or highly explosive environment.

FIBC Filling
Flexible bulk solid containers for transport and warehouses are conquering a growing market segment. For FIBCs not only have huge advantages over sacks, drums or metal containers as far as efficiency, functionality and price is concerned, but they have been found to be better for the environment, save storage space and transport costs.
HECHT filling stations make full use of the potential of flexible bulk solid containers whilst at the same time being ideal for a large range of applications. This means FIBCs in any size can be filled safely with or without an inliner. |

Container Filling
The core of the container filling station is the docking station, which is available in various versions depending on whether the filling is to be performed including weighing or without.
The simplest form of docking is the press flange. Another alternative for containers with only one inlet size is the docking system using an inflatable hose.
A split cone valve system enables closed filling to be performed.
A pneumatic linear unit raises or lowers the docking unit, so that a connection between the docking unit and container is established. |

Drum Filling
End products are often filled in containers that can be handled without the need for machines. These include drums, cardboard boxes and sacks. Depending on the product, it is filled in plastic bags protected by drums or cardboard boxes for safe transport.
Continuous film is particularly clean, because the product cannot come into contact with the environment. If the film is filled in a drum, it can be very thin and the drum can be reused without being cleaned.
To adhere to certain weight limits it is important to use a precise metering system. |
