HECHT Sampling Systems
Maintaining constant product quality is one of the main aims in every branch of the manufacturing industry. Continuous sampling and product analyses are absolutely essential in order to spot and remedy deviations in quality immediately. To obtain authentic, representative data on all the production material, samples have to be taken at the right place and in the right quantity. HECHT samplers for powdery and grainy products are specially designed for this purpose. Robust units for industrial applications, relatively low in height and available in various versions for easy installation in a great variety of locations, and which can also easily be dismantled, provide the best solution for any individual requirement.
Sampler for Solids
The sampling screw jutting into the material flow ensures a representative cross-section of the product in the sample container. The sample quantity is determined by way of an adjustable timer. The running time and interval time between two samples can be set freely. Before each sample the screw runs in reverse to clean itself. The product entering during the cleaning phase is fed back into the production flow.
